The undersigned havo received instructions from T. Elford, Esq., to sell at his residence, Foul Bay Road, close to II. Short, Esq.,

AT 12 O'CLOCK, NOON,

Wednesday, October 4th,

Which comprises, in PARLOR;

Parlor Set in walnut and haircloth, marble-topped centre table, pictures, whatnot, h"'k case, Brussels carpet, hearthrugs, lace curtains, cornice and blinds, etc.

BEDROOMS;

Bedroom sets, spring mattresses, blankets; linen, etc., chamber sets, mirrors, carpets, rugs, pictures, lace curtains, etc. DLNINOROOM.

Piano, sewing machine, extension 8-leaf table, chairs, pictures, stove, carpet, curtains, cornice, lot of books, glassware, breakfast set complete, crockery, lot of preserves.

KITCHEN.

Stove and fixtures, Tables, Chairs, lounge, clock, blinds, etc.

OUTSIDE.

A good milch cow, buggy and harness (nearly new), 1 set single harness, plow, stump machine, churn, carpeuter, farm and garden tools.
